Our previous system, before we had this system, sometimes it would take 3 to 6 minutes to do one credit card, and at the end of that sometimes the transaction would fail you’d have to start over.

In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a credit card take more than 2 seconds to process. And that’s, the paperwork is printed for the customer, you’re ready to go.

Now instead of a bartender on a busy night spending time fighting with our point-of-sales system trying to get a credit card to work, they’re serving 10 more drinks. And that’s actually impacted our speed of service. Our customer satisfaction is definitely impacted by that, but we’ve also seen it in the numbers. So we’ve seen a 10 to 15 percent increase in sales on our busiest nights by having a point-of-sale system that can handle transactions very quickly.
