Erin is a 33-year-old pastry chef in Seattle, Washington. She currently works for Stoneburner, in the Hotel Ballard which serves Mediterranean fare, trendy cocktails, and of course, some of the best desserts in the city. Erin grew up in Mammoth Lakes, California, and has always considered herself a west coaster. When she’s not in the kitchen, Erin likes to dabble in different styles of art, spend time in nature, or hang out with friends and family.
