  • Take online orders straight from your website – Many of our customers put tremendous thought behind their online presence. Now, they can embed their Upserve-powered online ordering webpage, so their customers never leave the carefully crafted experience on their restaurant site.
  • Build restaurant online ordering guests lists for targeted marketing – Using the popular Guest Book features, you can pull a list of your “Online Ordering Customers”, compare their spending with your other customer segments, and export their information for targeted marketing.
  • Drive engagement with your loyalty program – Restaurants that are using Upserve Loyalty and Upserve Online Ordering can nudge guests to add to their order when they’re so close to that reward. They can also market their loyalty program as a customer is placing an online order.
  • Guests can place online orders with social login – Your customers can choose to use their Facebook or Google login. No need to remember another password.
  • Take online orders in advance – It may be 7AM but one of your guests wants you to supply the team lunch. Don’t miss out on a tasty ticket. Your guests can order up to seven days ahead. Plus, you can send “Your order is ready” notification by email or text.
